Karachi Board Releases 12th Class Pre-Medical Result 2026

The Board of Intermediate Education Karachi (BIEK) has officially announced the HSC Part II Science Pre-Medical Result. Thousands of students who appeared in the annual examinations can now check their results through the official BIEK result portal and the result gazette.

According to the board, the result shows an overall pass percentage of 61.43%. Out of 23,613 registered candidates, 23,007 students appeared in the examinations, while 606 remained absent. A total of 14,134 students successfully passed the examination.

The board also confirmed that female students dominated the merit list, securing all top three positions in the Pre-Medical group.

Among the successful candidates, 12,059 were female students, while 2,075 were male students. In addition, 2,255 students achieved the prestigious A-1 grade, reflecting outstanding academic performance.

Students can check their results by visiting the official BIEK website, selecting the HSC Part II Annual Examination, choosing the Science Pre-Medical Group, and entering their roll number. The board has also made the official result gazette available for colleges and institutions.

The current passing requirement remains 33% for the HSC Part II annual examination. However, the 40% passing policy is being implemented gradually and is expected to apply to HSSC Part II examinations from 2027, according to the existing education policy.

Students who are dissatisfied with their marks can apply for paper rechecking after the board issues the official schedule. Those who fail one or more subjects will also be eligible to appear in the Second Annual (Supplementary) Examination, for which BIEK will announce the application dates and fee schedule separately.
