The Board of Intermediate Education Karachi (BIEK) has officially announced the HSC Part II Science (Pre-Medical) Result along with the names of the top three position holders. The results were released through the official BIEK gazette, with female students claiming all three top positions this year.
According to the official merit list, Hafsa Khan from BAMM P.E.C.H.S. Government College for Women secured first position by obtaining 1,011 marks out of 1,100, achieving an impressive 91.90%. The outstanding performance reflects the high academic standards maintained by the institution.
A student from BAMM P.E.C.H.S. Government College for Women also secured the second position. Huda Sarwer earned 1,007 marks, achieving 91.54%. Meanwhile, Aamna Aziz from Bahria College Karsaz secured the third position with 1,004 marks, corresponding to 91.27%.

The official statistics released by BIEK show that 23,613 candidates registered for the examination, while 23,007 students appeared. Of these, 14,134 candidates passed, resulting in an overall pass percentage of 61.43%.
The board further revealed that 12,059 female students and 2,075 male students qualified in the examination. Additionally, 2,255 students earned the prestigious A-1 grade, highlighting another year of strong academic performance in the Pre-Medical group.
Students can check their detailed marks through the official BIEK result gazette and the board’s online result portal. Candidates who are dissatisfied with their marks can also apply for paper rechecking according to the schedule announced by the Karachi Board.
The announcement of the Pre-Medical merit list is an important milestone for students aspiring to pursue careers in MBBS, BDS, Pharmacy, DPT, Biotechnology, and other medical sciences. Admissions to universities and professional colleges are expected to begin after the completion of the result process.
