The Punjab Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISEs) have released a tentative schedule for the upcoming Intermediate supplementary examinations, giving thousands of students an early idea of when they may get a second opportunity to improve their results.
According to the expected timetable, the Inter Part 1 (11th Class) and Inter Part 2 (12th Class) supplementary examinations are likely to begin on 3 November 2026. The final examination schedule, however, will only be confirmed after each Punjab BISE issues an official notification.

The supplementary exams will be held for students who are declared supplementary in the 2026 annual Intermediate examinations. These exams provide candidates with an opportunity to clear failed subjects without waiting for the next annual examination cycle.
As per the current expected result calendar, 12th Class (HSSC Part 2) results are likely to be announced on 23 September 2026, while 11th Class (HSSC Part 1) results are expected on 22 October 2026. Once the results are declared, the respective boards will begin the registration process, followed by the release of the date sheet, roll number slips, and examination instructions.
Students are advised to complete their supplementary exam registration within the prescribed deadlines to avoid late fees. They should also continue preparing for the exams instead of waiting for the official date sheet, as the examination window is expected to begin shortly after the declaration of the 11th Class results.
Candidates should regularly visit the official websites of their respective BISE Lahore, BISE Gujranwala, BISE Rawalpindi, BISE Faisalabad, BISE Multan, BISE Sargodha, BISE Bahawalpur, BISE Sahiwal, and BISE Dera Ghazi Khan for the latest updates regarding registration schedules, fee details, roll number slips, and the final supplementary exam date sheet.
