The Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan has invited applications for the Allama Muhammad Iqbal Scholarship Program, offering fully funded BS scholarships to students from Central Asian countries and other friendly nations. The initiative aims to strengthen educational cooperation and provide international students with access to quality higher education in Pakistan.
Under this scholarship, selected students will be able to pursue a four-year undergraduate (BS) degree at HEC-recognized public sector universities across Pakistan. The program covers a wide range of academic disciplines, allowing students to study in some of the country’s leading institutions.
The scholarship is fully funded and includes 100% tuition fee, free hostel accommodation, a monthly living stipend, medical support (where applicable), one return airfare during the degree program, and a one-time settlement allowance to help students adjust after arriving in Pakistan.

Applicants can choose from several academic fields, including Engineering and Technology, Computer Science and Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, Agriculture, Allied Health Sciences, Social Sciences, Food Security, International Relations, Media Studies, and Languages.
To apply, candidates must have completed GCE A-Levels or an equivalent qualification with at least 60% marks. Those applying for Engineering programs must have obtained a minimum of 65% marks. Successful applicants will also need to obtain an IBCC Equivalence Certificate after receiving the scholarship offer.
Interested students must submit their applications through the official HEC online scholarship portal before the closing date. Applicants are advised to carefully review the eligibility criteria, required documents, and application guidelines to avoid mistakes during submission.
The last date to apply is 10 August 2026. HEC has encouraged eligible students to complete their applications well before the deadline, as late or incomplete submissions will not be considered.
