The Board of Intermediate Education Karachi (BIEK) has officially released the 12th Class Science Pre-Medical Result Gazette 2026, allowing students, colleges, and parents to access the complete result record in PDF format. The gazette was uploaded shortly after the declaration of the HSC Part II Pre-Medical annual examination results.
The official result statistics show that 23,613 students registered for the examination, while 23,007 candidates appeared. A total of 14,134 students successfully passed, taking the overall pass percentage to 61.43%. The board also reported 606 absent candidates and 18 unfair means cases.

According to the official grade distribution, 2,255 students secured an A-1 grade, while 3,490 candidates earned an A grade. Another 3,812 students obtained a B grade, followed by 3,201 students with a C grade. The gazette also lists 1,323 students in D grade and 53 students who received an E grade.
Students who have downloaded the PDF can quickly locate their results by pressing Ctrl + F on a computer and entering their complete roll number. On smartphones, they can use the search option available in any PDF reader application. Searching with the roll number is recommended because it provides the most accurate result.
